How do I purchase your products?
- We currently have two ways to purchase our products:
  1. Use our online catalog and shopping cart. We use PayPal, a recognized worldwide leader of online financial transactions, to handle our shopping cart. Paypal uses secure, 128 bit encryption, to keep your personal information safe.
    To use the online system, view the catalog by clicking on the "ATV" or "Snowmobile" links provided on our web pages.
    • Clicking on the "Add to Cart" button will open up a window at PayPal's site and add your item to the cart.
    • When you're finished adding items and ready to check out, simply use the "View Cart"(located at the upper right corner of all of our catalog pages), edit the quantities if you wish, and then follow the instructions to process your payment on the PayPal site.
    Using PayPal, we NEVER see your financial or credit card information, and it's fast, safe, secure, and FREE!
    Upon completion of your purchase, you will have the opportunity to print out your receipt, which we highly recommend.
    PayPal immediately sends us your order and your shipping information. Once we receive your order, we try our best to get your order out within one business day.
    Please understand that it's possible that some items may be out of stock, especially when it comes to color, and if so, we will do our best to keep you informed on the status of your order.

Do you have a product catalog that you can mail to me?

As we are continually creating new products and updating our product lines, it would be extremely expensive to create the type of catalog that we would be proud to mail you. As a result, our, and your, best alternative is to use our online catalog, which you are free to print on your printer if you wish.

Where are you located, and what are your business hours?
- We don't have a retail location that you can visit, but we are located in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle, Washington, in the Pacific Time Zone.
We have knowledgeable salespersons available during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time.

We do have stickers that we can mail to you. To obtain some, please send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Sure! You can call us during business hours at 360.825.6500, and we'll be happy to take your orders and answer any questions you may have about our products. If you get your order in to us by noon (12:00P), and providing we have your part(s) in stock, there's a high probability that your order can be shipped out the same day!
